We make one thing, and we try to make it really well: a personalized ceramic Christmas ornament with your names, your dates, and the year you want to remember on it.
Every ornament is printed to order in our studio in Lake Forest, California. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer, because until you type in the names, it doesn't exist yet.

Made for one family, not a shelf
A generic ornament is decoration. An ornament with your daughter's name and the year she was born is something else — it comes out of the box every December, and someone says something about it every single time.
That's the whole idea. We'd rather make the ornament that gets talked about than the one that fills a gap on the tree.
If it's not right, we make it right
Personalized things can't be resold, so we don't take ordinary returns — but that cuts both ways. If your ornament turns up damaged or the printing is wrong, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to ship anything back.
Spotted a typo right after ordering? Email us quickly and we can usually still fix it before it's printed.
