Shipping
Every ornament is personalized and made to order in our Lake Forest, California studio. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and then ship with USPS.
United States
- Standard (USPS First Class), orders under $35 — $5.99, 3–7 business days
- Standard (USPS First Class), orders $35 and over — Free, 3–7 business days
- Expedited (USPS Priority Mail) — $14.55, 2–3 business days
Most U.S. orders arrive within 4–10 business days of being placed. Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO/DPO addresses can take up to 3 weeks.
Canada
- USPS International — $16.99, 7–21 business days. Any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your ornament. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full — no need to send it back.
Because every piece is personalized and made to order, custom ornaments cannot otherwise be returned or exchanged, and orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. For non-personalized items, contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship them back within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
