Shipping Free on US orders over $35. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns Ready-made designs can be returned within 30 days. Personalized ornaments are made just for you and cannot be restocked, so they are not returnable — but either way, if anything arrives damaged or printed wrong, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
